*Having your plan completed will allow you to simply "rollover" the information for registration, saving you a lot of time when registration opens.
*Don't stop your planning at Grade 9, you can plan all four years!
*Remember, recommendations are not necessarily permanent. It is dependent upon what you've done thus far as well as what you do for the remainder of this school year. Recommendations can change at any time before the end of the school year!

Summer school registration is completed through KS Connect. This year's dates for 8th graders are Sunday, January 27 (7am) - Tuesday, January 29 (4pm), 2013. Summer School Site
Don't wait till the last minute as registration for summer school works in real-time and is on a first-come, first-serve basis!
If your summer school course was in your ninth grade course requests, YOU will need to adjust your requests - that's why we've extended the registration period!
Have you included your parents in your course requests?
As stated in class, sometimes parents have a very different idea of the path that they want you to take. Communication is very important!

Believe it or not, you do need to pass 8th grade in order for you to move on to 9th grade!
If you end the school year on academic probation, you will start high school on academic probation. Your grades will follow you!
